You Don’t Need To Suffer Alone
Underneath the part of us that we present to the world it is not uncommon to find stress, depression, anxiety, panic, anger, tears and sleeplessness
– responses to traumatic events, work and personal relationship problems and life stage transitions, such as becoming a family, divorce, the death of a loved one or retirement.
It may seem strange to suggest that in amongst all of this difficulty and distress – from within your own unique life story and adaptions to it – there are pointers to a better way of being.
“After a traumatic parent’s death coinciding with other trauma I saw Ruth, having found her online. I will never forget our first meeting because after I explained everything she said she knew she could help and get me back on track.
The relief on hearing this I will never forget. Feeling heard and understood made a monumental difference to me that day. Sunshine had broken through the darkness.
And for that and the ensuing guidance and help I shall be eternally grateful, as I am now a far stronger, better, more complete human being due to her help.”
